  • The Magic Goal-Setting system – Inspirational

         I recently received an email from a man called Raymond Aaron. This guy is a renowned goal setter and his courses are endorsed by the likes of Robert Allen, Bob Proctor, Jack Canfield and many others. He has developed an amazing goal-setting technique which he calls “MTO”.

    I am sure that we have all been exposed and indeed used goal setting at some times in our lives, but this technique is something quite different. The most important thing is that the technique raises your chances of achieving your goals beyond anthing that you have achieved before.

    The initials stand for Minimum, Target and Outrageous. It works like this, the Minimum is what you believe from your past record and experience you can achieve, the Target is what you wish to achieve by stretching yourself, and the third Outrageous is the level that which you do not really think you can achieve.

    Raymond Aaron gives the example of clearing out your garage which you have not been able to put your car in for years because it is full of junk. The minimum here would be putting out some boxes of junk for the next refuse collection, the Target would be to get rid of all the old stuff you never use, and the outrageous would be clearing out the entire garage and painting it and only putting back those things which you really need, and being able to put your car in it.

    I highly recommend this system, if you have no garage try it with your spare room, or box room which you seldom use. I bet you will surprise yourself at how much you achieve, simply as you have three levels to go for. Enjoy!:smile:
